Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 8–10 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding sales
- Strong knowledge of overall freight forwarding and shipping services
- Proven track record of achieving GP targets
- Excellent negotiation, business communication and Presentation skills
- Strong client network in import/export industries (Garments, Pharma, Buying House, etc.)
- Ability to lead and motivate the sales team
- Good command over English (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge in computer applications, especially MS Office, PowerPoint, Teams etc.

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding the company’s freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and logistics solutions. The role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and leading the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement careful sales plan to achieve GP targets and expand market share in the freight forwarding industry.
- Must have Book of businesses, customer portfolio and maintain strong pipeline opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new customers for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Logistics services.
- Maintain exceptional customer relationship management.
- Strong Negotiation on pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market analysis reports.
- Lead generation, agent/network and trade lane development.
- Focus on developing new products in different verticals and segments.
- Follow up and monitor regular credit realization in timely manner.
- Cross-functional cooperation among the departments for smooth service delivery and ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors and market trends in the freight forwarding industry.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
- Market feedback, competitors’ activities and prepare report as per management requirement.
