Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement a strategic sales plan for high growth
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts
∎ Identify new products and competition
∎ Prepare sales, revenue, and expenses reports
∎ Analyze sales activity and forecast
∎ Setting individual sales targets for the team
∎ Supervise the performance of the sales team
∎ Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation
∎ Motivate the sales team, train them about the product and market
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
∎ Prepare budgets and approve expenditures
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales
∎ Determine discount rates and the special pricing plans
∎ Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing
∎ Assign sales territories and set sales quotas
∎ Should achieve the sales target
∎ Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years of experience as a sales executive/manager
∎ Consistently meeting/exceeding targets
∎ Committed to continuous learning
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise in Pharma and Food
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Salary:
