Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that will create customer base and ensure 'SKF' Bearing’s strong presence in the market.
∎ Prepare marketing plans & budgets, monthly sales forecast, product profit and loss analysis, market analysis on a periodic basis.
∎ Responsible for sourcing the sales process which will include working with sales team, identify the market coverage gaps and take initiatives to expand the coverage and sustainable growth.
∎ Responsible for the development of customer relationships, the profitability of the company, customer loyalty and satisfaction, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
∎ Identify business development opportunities with existing and new supplier.
∎ Utilize various marketing channels and public relations to achieve marketing and distribution goals.
∎ Promote business and generate new customers by monitoring regularity in market visits, demonstrations and others activity.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly sales goals & target.
∎ Formulating sales KPI and monitoring the performance & archive as per KPI.
