Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/MA/BBA/MBA from any reputed University.
∎ Candidates with airline sales training may be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new sales by keeping constant liaison with high turnover travel agencies in the market.
∎ Update market trends and convey the same to the marketing team as input to refine marketing strategies.
∎ Provide effective customer service to direct customers to ensure their loyalty.
∎ Promptly attend customer inquiries and quickly resolve the same.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of invoice to clients and update credit control in case of any disputes.
∎ Make Business Development / Daily Sales Call / Visit and report to the General Manager.
∎ Gather information from time to time on the overall local market rates; new requirements and potential volume movements and report the findings to the senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years preferably (but not necessarily) in airline GSA with proven track record of continuous success.
∎ Must be sincere, honest and disciplined.
∎ Must be hands-on, self-motivated and highly ambitious to build career.
∎ Must ensure transparency in all activities at all levels.
∎ Critical Skills Required:
∎ Adequate and in-depth knowledge in airline ticketing, sales and marketing.
∎ Capability of working towards and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
∎ Good relationship with Travel Agents.
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills.
∎ Strong selling and negotiating power.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Capability to communicate effectively with local and foreign clients.
∎ Strong computer skills particularly in using emailing and MS Office besides ticketing software.
∎ Capability to work independently.
