Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com (Finance)/MBA with Major in Finance/ from a reputed university or CA second part completed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the company's financial planning.
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
∎ Recommend investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks to the Board.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
∎ Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.).
∎ Keep a watchful the on the revenue movements from ticketing between Sales Staff and Travel Agents.
∎ Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
∎ Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.
∎ Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years preferably (but not essentially) in airline GSA environment with proven track record of continuous success.
∎ Must be sincere, honest and disciplined.
∎ Must be hands-on, self-motivated and highly ambitious to build a career.
∎ Must ensure transparency in all activities at all levels.
∎ Critical Skills Required:
∎ Proven experience as CFO or Finance Officer or relevant role.
∎ In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
∎ A strong capability to track and audit sources of revenues from the travel agents.
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. TALLY).
∎ Ability to strategize and solve complex financial issues and problems.
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and people skills.
∎ A highly analytical mind, very apt and comfortable with numbers.
