∎ Age 35 to 48 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with prospective/target customers by meeting, calling, messaging, using social media & email.
∎ Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers.To create a solid database of prospective customers.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plan & procedure.Report to the team leader when & where required.
∎ Visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ Visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e.- Checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ Follow up and coordinate payment materialisation with Accounts and Customer.
∎ Establish Sales and Marketing Team.
∎ Achieve sales target set by management in coordination with sales team.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales team to ensure & take necessary step for achieving their target on time.
∎ Deal potential customers to convince them for buying our product. Monitor and maintain roaster of all walking customers/reference & existing customers and distribute these properly.
∎ Influences communicate, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
∎ Any Other activities as and when required by the management.
