• B. Sc/ M. Sc in Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Science from any public university.

• Good at computer application

Currently, we are looking for experienced, dedicated, honest and hard-working professional individual for Research & Development (R & D) Department of our Frozen Foods Manufacturing Factories, located at Hotapara, Gazipur. The job responsibilities for the position are as below:

• Improvement of taste of existing products, wherever require.

• Responsible for new product development.

• Assist for sample making.

• Sourcing of cost effective raw and packaging materials.

• Responsible for all types of relevant laboratory work.

• Help to make SOP’s for new and existing products.

• Train production people on new products/ idea [i.e. technology transfer from lab to production].

• Responsible to make and preserve all paper work related to product development.

• Equipment handling related to product development.

• New techniques or idea development on production process.

• Working with production and QA.

• Assist with recipe modification.

• Coordinate with concern departments.

• Development of appropriate packaging.

• Collection of competitor’s products as per requirement of product development head.

• Conducting panel taste.

• Any other relevant work related to product development.
