Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in the embroidery department.
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and traceability of embroidery processes.
Monitor rejection rates and control embroidery defects within acceptable limits.
Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality checklists.
Ensure proper sample approval (PP sample, counter sample, etc.) before bulk production.
Monitor embroidery quality from panel receiving to final dispatch.
Ensure correct thread, design, placement, color matching, and stitch quality.
Supervise inline and final inspections.
Coordinate with production, planning, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and support external audits.
Maintain safety standards, PPE usage, and workplace compliance.
Lead and supervise QC team and conduct training for quality improvement.
