Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university (preferably B.Sc in Textile).

Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of experience in quality control in RMG sector (line QC).
∎ At least 1 year of work experience in the role of Assistant Manager, Quality Control.
∎ Knowledge of Quality Assurance (Fabrics process and finish quality).
∎ Vast knowledge on Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, printing, Embroidery, dye & washing) and planning.
∎ Analytical and statistical data analysis skills.
∎ Report writing and Communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing processes in quality control system to ensure product quality.
∎ Provide guidance to the production team to ensure product quality.
∎ Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production.
∎ Ensure process quality through traffic light and 7-0 checking system.
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzing the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification.
∎ Establish a strong quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools and techniques.
∎ Maintain the records and provide quality control report to the supervisor.
∎ Provide strong leadership ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
