Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university (preferably B.Sc in Textile)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop processes and systems to ensure product quality
∎ Provide guidance to the production team to ensure product quality
∎ Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production
∎ Ensure product quality checking by process quality control
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification
∎ Establish a strong quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques
∎ Maintain the records and provide the quality control report to the supervisor
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 4-5 years of experience in quality control in RMG sector.
∎ Knowledge of Quality Assurance (process and finish quality)
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding) and planning
∎ Analytical ability and preparing statistical data charts for QC
∎ Report writing and data analysis skills
