Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dry/Wet/Dyeing
∎ Ensure overall Washing (Dry/ Wet/ Dyeing) quality requirements and activities are being maintained properly and to meet with the customer requirements, apply effective method & strategy in different stages by ensuring SOP implementation.
∎ Review the sorted Off Shade garments and provide possible range and in case of any complications arrange to review by Sr. Manager or HOD of QAD for next course of actions.
∎ Review daily sorted rejection/ damage garments and make decision to ensure the next proceeding or arrange to drop separately to finishing for final repairing.
∎ Daily follow up the bulk wash are being maintained shade/ PO/ PTN group wise through maintaining batch card, if any inconsistencies taking the corrective actions to solve accordingly.
∎ Find out the provable root causes of any occurred critical/ major defects and take the preventive actions to improve it as fundamentally.
∎ As per set Defect & Rework target rate, work closely to minimize the ratio (%) through proper follow up of overall Quality protocol and ensure maintaining all SOP.
∎ Finishing
∎ Ensure overall QA activities assigned areas are being maintained properly through implementing buyer requirements and as per SOP.
∎ Review the sorted Off Shade garments and provide possible range and in case of any complications arrange to review by Sr. Manager or HOD of QAD for next course of actions.
∎ Review daily sorted rejection/ damage garments and make decision to ensure the next proceeding or arrange to final repair those kill garments.
∎ To meet the shipment schedule, ensure the highest operational and technical support by utilizing and pressuring the manpower recourse to work done.
∎ Review all measurement excessive OOT garments and provide fair tolerance, in case of intolerance report to HOD for further actions.
∎ As per set Defect & Rework target rate, work closely to minimize the ratio (%) through proper follow up of overall Quality protocol and ensure maintaining all SOP.
∎ Real time decision making to continue the smooth process operation and taking initiatives or preventive action to avoid any Quality violation.
∎ Monitoring daily worker/ Staff absenteeism and make balance through redistribute the existing manpower to ensure the proper functional executions. Besides, analysing the importance, eliminate the less necessary execution or procedure to utilize the Manpower resource in essential point.
∎ Closely work with subordinates (QC/ QA/ Supervisor) are well trained and qualified enough to conduct audit/ inspection as per buyer's requirement. In case of inefficient employees and train up them to make more efficient on their duties, also to reduce the manpower migration and absenteeism arrange motivational meeting as well.
∎ Arrange daily awareness & tasks review meeting with all subordinates (QC/ QA/ Supervisor) to make proper daily work plan and tracking the pending activities to be done as priority basis.
∎ Preparing or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical quality inspection analysis reports to tracking the quality progression/ degradation.
∎ Keep close monitoring on subordinate and in case of any complications immediately attempting to solve by teamwork. Also, collects the relevant works information timely to share / reporting to top management.
∎ Ensure friendly work circumstances through communicating with root level worker to management level and keep them update regarding the Customer requirements.
∎ Ensure assign tasks within real time frame as given by the reporting manager & HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Must have experience working in Denim garments factory.
