Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards based on customers' requirements throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
∎ Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, quality assurance, Audit, In-process inspection, in line inspection, Traffic light system, skip bundle,7pcs system, 7S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable.
∎ Deal with the critical sewing operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Maintain and improves sewing product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product
∎ Take necessary action instantly or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen in the working place.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ To handle all kinds of technical and quality audits.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicant must have the experience to work with Denim Factory.
∎ The candidate should have handling the technical audit of American Eagle buyer.
∎ Should have very good communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Work with internal Production, Merchandising teams and Suppliers to communicate and ensure Buyer's quality requirements.
∎ Ability to operate in a Global, Multi-culture environment
∎ Sound knowledge in the MS word, MS excel and MS power point.
