∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Experienced in Blazer item is must.
∎ Working knowledge about report analysis / statistical data.
∎ Must have clear knowledge about sewing layout as well as technical leadership abilities.
∎ Must have proper & general knowledge of instant troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to blazer production.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
∎ Prepare or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical reports through analysis on quality progression/ degradation.
∎ Attend on PP meeting and need to get understand all Buyer requirements through discussion and reached out those to production team & self-team also.
∎ To conduct an internal meeting with self-team and to create an orderly work environment with friendly behavior.
∎ Review & follow up Trial cut/ Pilot/ Bulk (workmen ship) through reports of QA to Executive & coordinate with concerned production responsible with necessary adjustment/ solution as well as both quality & production friendly.
∎ Analysis daily findings over QC report & make sure prompt solution by discussion with production responsible concerned.
∎ Make sure necessary arrangements to achieve better quality products by adopting update strategies with minimum manpower.
