∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility of Denim garments Finishing Quality.
∎ Set up process wise manpower, based on daily present & absenteeism to make smooth Flow on production, also monitoring & solve employee’s migration issue.
∎ Measure performance & sort out all weakness of them and put training & motivation to overcome.
∎ Make a plan as shipment schedule to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of the production with good quality.
∎ Monitor and control the finishing quality system.
∎ Maintain & improves product quality by: Risk analyze during start any style, On time decision & approve as per standard, completing product, company system, compliance & surveillance audits.
∎ Develop & maintains quality assurance objectives & coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with Production Manager.
∎ Analysis daily defects (DHU) & Rejection and share with concern Dept. & responsible thorough report and make CAP to further progress & continuous improvement.
∎ Risk analyze. Conduct P.P meeting with production & quality team during start any style.
∎ Review daily inline, pre-final& final inspection findings of Buyer QC or Factory QC & Share all findings and report among production & QC team to take immediate action at Process & ensure not to be repeated the same.
∎ Conduct random inline inspection at zone wise Finishing input to ware house.
∎ Keep update all daily, weekly & monthly quality progress report update to all concern.
∎ Coordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Maintain buyer wise all procedure & protocol ( Technical & compliance )
∎ Reporting day to day Quality status & trend superior.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to Fix up (Quality) lay out at Finishing.
∎ Fulfill Buyer/Customer requirement & demand.
∎ Good communications skills.
∎ Employees Handle capacity (more than 120 persons-QC to up to Sr. Executive.)
