• Must have best technical knowledge in Finishing (Denim Pants).

• Must have excellent expertise in shrinkage management.

• Should have moderate knowledge about common Finishing machinery components.

• Must have proper & general knowledge of Carton Shipment and total Packing procedure.

• Need to have audit ability commensurate according to production volume.

• Must have good analytical skills, problem solver and good leadership skills.

1. Ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the Finishing Department.

2. Maintain and follow company quality policies and buyer quality standards.

3. Monitor and control finishing production quality to ensure buyer requirements are achieved.

4. Ensure proper implementation of finishing quality layouts and inspection processes.

5. Supervise in-line, pre-final, and final inspection activities in the finishing section.

6. Ensure accurate finished goods measurement methods and maintain measurement standards.

7. Monitor and control shrinkage management to meet buyer specifications.

8. Ensure proper shade checking and shade management during finishing operations.

9. Identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective solutions.

10. Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to reduce recurring quality issues.

11. Maintain and ensure compliance with Finishing Quality SOPs.

12. Coordinate closely with Production, Merchandising, and Washing teams to resolve quality-related issues.

13. Develop and implement strategies to reduce defect ratios and rejection rates.

14. Ensure quality standards are maintained to achieve cut-to-ship targets.

15. Manage, guide, and supervise finishing quality inspectors and team members effectively.

16. Must have good knowledge of 5S to sustain workplace organization and maintain a standard working environment in the Finishing Department.

17. Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates to management.
