∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have best technical knowledge in Finishing (Denim Pants).
∎ Must have excellent expertise in shrinkage management.
∎ Should have moderate knowledge about common Finishing machinery components.
∎ Must have proper & general knowledge of Carton Shipment and total Packing procedure.
∎ Need to have audit ability commensurate according to production volume.
∎ Must have good analytical skills, problem solver and good leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take care on scheduled final inspection & ensure goods will able to meet on time shipment, specially monitor on update daily progressing.
∎ Supervision and monitoring of subordinate finding and inform to concern department to improve it.
∎ Mail corresponding with merchant, production team and as well as buying team.
∎ Assist to buyer QC during his audit and take an action base of their finding.
∎ Prepare or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical reports through analysis on quality or others relevant field.
