∎ Excellent working knowledge about report analysis / statistical data.
∎ Excellent Organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Have capability to manage Shrinkage & Pattern.
∎ Must have proper & general knowledge of instant troubleshooting.
∎ Capable to perform with under pressure & circumstance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & implement quality assurance policies & procedures.
∎ Follow up daily reports & take action under measurement aspects. Specially, review bulk measurement reports & give on time decisions to ensure improvement against happened variations.
∎ Closely monitoring pattern adjustment & shrinkage management before starts bulk & liable to stop/ start cutting.
∎ Preparing or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical reports through analysis on quality progression/ degradation.
∎ Attend on PP meeting and need to get understand all Buyer requirements through discussion and reached out those to production team & self-team also.
∎ Maintain buyer wise requirement at Cutting area & take relevant action against any such intolerable issues.
∎ To resolve & manage twisting issue maintained specified procedures till pattern, cutting, sewing & after wash.
∎ Maintain regular communication with concern department through mail & discussion meeting.
