Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering
∎ BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET or any other public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to initiate and work on process reengineering,
∎ Machine vs manpower vs production planning and implementation,
∎ Should Have Excellent Ability of Production Monitoring, Analysis & Report Preparation,
∎ Sound Knowledge on Latest Technologies & Tools to Increase Productivity,
∎ Review the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency,
∎ Study individual operator's performance and train them up,
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity,
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down reports, etc,
∎ Define proper work methods for workers, staff, and specific products,
∎ Design control systems to minimize production cost and resolve production issues,
∎ Find out reasons for defects & wastage and suggest for its improvement,
∎ Update and implementation of recent affairs to develop new ideas for increasing productivity and technical knowhow.

∎ Age at least 28 years
