Responsibilities & Context:
- Follow-up to automated machine production and manual table production
- Make costing budget including Materials requisition as work order basis.
- Print one color to 14 color designs like Rubber, Pigment, Puff, Emboss, Silicon, CMYK, Discharge, Glitter, Plastisol, Flock, specialty inks & foil to name a few.
- Setting and meeting critical production schedules
- Handling deadlines and schedules
- Coordinating and planning production to meet all time lines
- Process and product chemicals knowledge
- Implement Process to increase productivity
- Take corrective action plan (CAP) if any issue arises
- Manage and lead the total team and speed up the teamwork.
