Quality and Technical Skills -

• Familiarity with standard inspection methods and quality standards, specifically including the application of Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.

Soft Skills and Work Ethic -

• Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration across different teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Others Skills -

• Strong technical knowledge of knitting, dyeing, printing, garments process, including the identification of common defects and understanding of quality parameters.
• Candidates have to work experience in Knitting Factory environment (without prior experience in this field should not apply).

Audit and Compliance Management -

• Perform and control the full audit cycle, including risk management and control assessment over operational effectiveness, ensuring compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

• Facilitate Internal Audit Committee meetings.

• Maintain Daily and Monthly Audit Records across all production departments, including Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Finished Goods Warehouse.

• Maintain audit records on a daily and monthly basis for additional departments like placement print, accessories store, and outsourced works.

Inventory and Order Reconciliation -

• Oversee and manage the Garments Order Close process across the entire value chain: Yarn, Knitting, Grey, Batch, Dyeing, Finish Fabrics Store, Sewing, and Finishing.

• Control Inventory Operations for Accessories and Finish Fabrics Store.

• Audit inventory and consumption of goods by cross-checking against issue and delivery challans.

Reporting, Costing and Analysis -

• Prepare the Pre-costing and Post-costing report final.

• Conduct Daily line-wise Sewing input and output cross-checks (physical vs. ERP report) to accurately calculate Line Balance.

• Manage the final closure of a Style & Iron, Packing & Finishing order once all leftover quantities (reject or good) are received from Finishing and cross-checked against the order quantity in the ERP system.

• Manage Monthly Leftover Goods Inventory, including A-category goods adjustment and working sales business.

• Identify process loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings related to unusable inventory adjustments (Grey, Yarn, Accessories, and Finish Fabrics).

Presentation and General Duties -

• Present the production status and monthly closing state of each department to the MIS Team and Top Management.

• Prepare the Job Closing and Order Closing Report for specific knit garments orders as part of maintaining Audit Reports.

• Perform any other role assigned by the management time to time.
