Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Industrial Production will be given preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a quality production with maximum target achievement through perfect production planning.
∎ Ensure 100% plan achievement with TNA Plan.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning emphasizing on cost reduction to increase profitability.
∎ Making production plan in Fast React Software with all related data.
∎ Prepare alternative production plan against the actual plan.
∎ Monitor production process that buyers requirement is being followed properly.
∎ Develop and maintain status of information that provides accurate analysis of raw material, work in process, and unreleased work.
∎ Follow up production bottle neck and take proper action plan for reduce the bottle neck.
∎ Coordinate daily production meeting in accordance with other relevant department.
∎ Prepared shipment schedule and ensure on time shipment delivery.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Report to the authority in details for time to time.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates who are confident enough & ready to take the challenge to make optimum production planning by taking consideration of world class efficiency standard should apply.
∎ Should have hands on experience to work with Fast React Software.
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
