∎ Graduate / Masters in any discipline from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for production of corrugated carton (3/5/ ply)
∎ Assist to Design, deploy and evaluate effective and efficient production planning as per buyer's requirement
∎ Ensure Pre-production meeting with production team for every new order
∎ Keep updated records of raw materials such as paper, chemical, accessories, etc
∎ Ensure maximum productivity through proper utilization of machine, manpower, and materials
∎ Overall order processing, production scheduling and delivery planning of the carton just-in-time as per buyers' requirements and every order rcv and paper req as per production plan
∎ Maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers, vendors, co-workers, etc
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to size and quantity before scheduling carton production.
∎ full fill to target per day target
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience in related filed out of which 1-2 years' in similar position form a large corrugated carton Industry
∎ Team player, pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Must have knowledge about corrugated carton, auto machine, etc.
∎ Ability to work effectively with seniors and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
