Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist to make plans, Organize and ensure day to day factory production
∎ To assist to increase production efficiency and maintaining current quality standards. Evaluate product quality at the field level.
∎ To assist to analyze the recipe considering cost, machine output, quality feed, and RM availability, etc.
∎ To be responsible for production output and product quality. Check and re-check of the quality of products and take necessary steps for discrepancies if any.
∎ To ensure least cost feed formulation by using unconventional feed stuffs.
∎ To assist to prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly action plan and budget of the project and facilitate to implementation the activity.
∎ To oversee all daily operations of the production with adequate technical knowledge on the feed plant.
∎ To assist to lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero non-conformity.
∎ To assist to arrange feed mill maintenance etc.
∎ Any other works as per instruction of the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
