• Must be Punctual, Proactive, Responsive. Able to multi-task and take the pressure.

• Good Inter-personal & effective communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of screen-printing techniques, including table screen printing and auto screen printing machines (e.g., M&R, ROC, i image Exposing, Qwik-Klamp, Newman Roller, Etc.)

• Proven ability to manage colors, ensuring consistency and adherence to design specifications. Expert knowledge of operating all relevant screen-printing machinery.

• Skillful problem-solving capabilities to address technical challenges related to sampling, size setting, and bulk production.

• Thorough understanding of screen-printing chemicals, including testing procedures, buyer-specific requirements, and selection based on fabric and design parameters.

• Familiarity with placement printing, digital, emboss, molding printing processes, including equipment operation and troubleshooting.

• Effective leadership and management of screen-printing staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

• Expertise in planning and scheduling printing operations to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.

• Implementation and oversight of rigorous quality control measures to ensure products meet the highest standards. Continual evaluation and improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Strategic implementation of cost-saving measures, including minimizing color wastage and optimizing material usage. Proficiency in analyzing production data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making.

• Effective communication and collaboration with design, sample, expose, and merchant teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Strong customer service orientation, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
