We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager - Presales to support our sales team by translating customer needs into effective technical solutions.
Job Summary:
As an Assistant Manager of Presales, you will work directly with the Head of Presales, Operations & Technical and collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams. Your role is to provide technical expertise in areas such as CCTV surveillance, LAN design, IP telephony, network backbone solutions, video conferencing systems, and more. You will be responsible for designing, demonstrating, and proposing solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring seamless alignment with the company’s product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer needs, focusing on IT infrastructure solutions such as CCTV, IP PBX, structured LAN, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Work under the guidance of the Head – Presales, Operations & Technical to prepare and present customized technical proposals.
- Design and propose integrated IT solutions, ensuring they are scalable, cost-effective, and meet customer specifications.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight product capabilities.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer queries.
- Assist in conducting site surveys and preparing system designs, BoQ (Bill of Quantities), and project plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements when designing solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to enhance the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the Head of Presales, Operations & Technical and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
- Support the Head of Presales, Operations & Technical in analyzing customer feedback and providing input for future product improvements and strategies.
