Responsibilities & Context: About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR assistant manager to lead our communication efforts, enhance our brand reputation, and build strong relationships with the media and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive communicator who can craft compelling stories, handle high-pressure situations, and deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop PR Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive PR plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong connections with journalists and media outlets; pitch stories, arrange interviews, and manage inquiries.
- Content Creation: Write press releases, speeches, social media posts, and other materials to communicate the organization’s message effectively.
- Reputation Management: Monitor public perception and address negative feedback or crises promptly.
- Event Planning: Organize press conferences, product launches, and community outreach initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication with customers, employees, investors, and community members.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media presence and ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Crisis Communication: Lead communication efforts during crises to protect the organization’s reputation.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and measure the impact of PR activities, refining strategies as needed.
