∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Animal Husbandry, Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Husbandry

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge Required: Technical proficiency (Poultry) on farm management and disease diagnosis; Advanced level Sales & post sales service, and People Managerial basic knowledge
∎ Skills / Competency : Leading Others & Leading Business
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales targets·
∎ Preparing detailed Marketing Plan (including volume budget, revenue budget, and item wise budget·
∎ Make detailed plans to achieve target with the help of management / supervisor·
∎ Give focus to skills development, motivate, & train the team members·
∎ Make detail plans for all H.Q (areas) and implement them· Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles·
∎ After sales services (dealer & farm visit)·
∎ Customer complain handling·
∎ Improve the skills of respective team through direct helping/counselling and working with them·
∎ Set up detailed plan to achieve target with the help of Management·
∎ Having clear idea about the company, its objective, short term & long term targets·
∎ Give “FEEDBACK “to the supervisor / management about the present/future scenario of the market·
∎ Observe the competitors and Plan to be updated and act accordingly·
∎ Confirm all payment to the company·
∎ Reporting to respective supervisor on various financial and non-financial activities
∎ TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·
