∎ Knowledge Required: Technical proficiency (Poultry) on farm management and disease diagnosis; Advanced level Sales & post sales service, and People Managerial basic knowledge

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
∎ Develop a comprehensive marketing plan, covering volume, revenue, and itemized budgeting.
∎ Collaborate with management and supervisors to create actionable plans that align with company targets.
∎ Prioritize team development by motivating, training, and enhancing the skills of team members.
∎ Design and implement strategic action plans tailored for all headquarters (HQs) and regions.
∎ Strengthen dealer relationships by optimizing profiles and fostering growth.
∎ Ensure excellent after-sales service through regular dealer and farm visits.
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
∎ Enhance team capabilities through direct mentorship, guidance, and active collaboration.
∎ Maintain a thorough understanding of company goals, including both short-term objectives and long-term aspirations.
∎ Provide continuous feedback to supervisors and management on current and anticipated market trends.
∎ Monitor competitive activity closely to maintain a proactive and adaptable approach.
∎ Ensure timely confirmation and collection of all payments due to the company.
∎ Report on financial and operational metrics, offering insights into both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
