∎ Fluency in both Bengali and English (verbal and written).
∎ Knowledge of the plastic industry and market trends is a plus.
∎ Ability to travel frequently as per business requirements.

∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
∎ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
∎ Provide product training and support to the sales team and clients.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and managing expectations.
