Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee production planning activities and team of planners.
∎ Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
∎ Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
∎ Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Identify delays/bottlenecks and adjust respective schedules accordingly to meet deadline requirements.
∎ Analyzing critical path of the total production flow from receiving yarn to the shipment and identifying discrepancies and taking necessary actions.
∎ Monthly sewing lines planning for the in-hand orders according to the availability of raw materials and shipment schedule and providing decisions if sub-contract needed.
∎ Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
∎ Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
∎ Support new product development and enhancements projects.
∎ Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
∎ Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
∎ Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
∎ Liaison with all the dept. head and to the top management as and when required
∎ Reporting all issues to the head of the dept.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry
∎ Must have good English communication skill.
∎ Good Computer skills on MS Office and Internet
∎ At least 05 years work experience in related area of a yarn dyed fabric mill having about 200 looms.
∎ Good knowledge of production planning and supply planning management
∎ Strong leadership and analytical skills
∎ Independent, meticulous and works well under pressure/fast-paced environment.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
