- Candidate with a B.Sc. Engineering degree in ILET (Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology) will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Support the product development lifecycle from concept to final approved sample.
- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to understand product briefs and translate them into prototypes.
- Coordinate with material suppliers, sole vendors, and factories to develop samples in line with specifications.
- Review prototypes and wear test samples to ensure quality, comfort, and construction standards.
- Assist in cost engineering and negotiate with vendors to meet target costings without compromising quality.
- Monitor and manage development timelines to ensure timely delivery of samples and bulk orders.
- Conduct technical reviews and troubleshoot issues related to fit, materials, or construction.
- Maintain product documentation including tech packs, BOMs, and sample records.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, sustainability goals, and market regulations.
- Support in vendor evaluation and onboarding processes.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Sourcing, Logistics) to ensure smooth handoff from development to production.
