∎ Graduation/ post-graduation in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active email communication with foreign suppliers and local buyers.
∎ Telecommunication with foreign suppliers.
∎ Creating documents for purchase.
∎ Organise documents relating to purchase.
∎ Assist in exchange of documents between banks and suppliers.
∎ Assist suppliers and banks with information during the process of purchase till the closer of the file
∎ Checking/verifying documents received from banks and suppliers.
∎ Seeking orders from suppliers regularly through phone and email.
∎ Reporting to chairperson weekly.
