Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring Finished Products, Raw Materials and Packaging Materials Quality.
∎ Responsible for ensuring Good Laboratory Practice and Laboratory Safety.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the availability of Specification, COA, MSDS, Chemical & Reagent etc.
∎ Responsible for SOP Preparation, ICP preparation and monitoring, Inventory control etc.
∎ Responsible for Method validation, Method Monitoring, Media Performance check, P-test Participation, Culture maintenance, Pathogen Monitoring plan Preparation with priority etc.
∎ Responsible for new and existing employee training such as Laboratory Safety, Analysis method, GMP,GLP and Hygiene, ICP, Calibration etc.
∎ Responsible for Calibration monitoring.
∎ Responsible for Supplier visit and supplier performance evaluation.
∎ Responsible for laboratory costing and also perform cost reduction projects.
∎ Co-ordinate daily Quality Assurance review meeting and perform sensory evaluation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 2 years in the managerial role of any food organization.
∎ Privilege to be given for Biscuit and Cookies experience.
