Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and seek opportunities to Lead-Generation through media mix.
∎ 2. Carry out media research to understand demand and manage brand positioning.
∎ 3. Manage key brand building activities such as regular/ad-hoc brand communications, employer branding, content marketing, and public relations.
∎ 4. Develop IMC strategy, planning, and media budget aligned with business objectives for both short and long term impact.
∎ 5. Monitor PR activities and align PR agency with brand needs.
∎ 6. Communicate and coordination with agency as well as agency management
∎ 7. Coordinate & negotiate with different vendor/ agency to execute different marketing activities
∎ 8. Designing, writing or producing presentation, press releases, articles, leaflets, greetings card, in-house, journals, and promotional videos
∎ 9. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations that meet the company's principles and guidelines.
∎ 10. Roll out marketing calendar plans.
