Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organise, coordinate, and execute all mechanical maintenance activities (both scheduled and unscheduled).
∎ Observe, study, and prepare a draft on the issue or problem (performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process).
∎ Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve it and ensure troubleshooting.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of all mechanical works for the establishment.
∎ Ensure the safety of visitors and working people through compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Prepare and submit the annual budget for the A/C plant, power generator, compressor, chiller boiler, water services, workshop, and pneumatic control system.
∎ Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification based on continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor the plant's cleanliness after finishing any maintenance-related tasks at the factory premises.
∎ Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary.
∎ Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
∎ Develop a plan profile and execute the work according to the laid-out plan, as well as initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
∎ Maintain the overall mechanical work of the project.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Ability to understand any kind of mechanical design, machine design, drawing for installation and Erection for any machine & equipment
∎ Ability for leadership, team work and decision making under pressure with good intercommunication skills
∎ Must have experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing system, Elevator installation.
∎ Sound knowledge on BNBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC & UPC norms and regulations.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Adequate skills in computer applications. Excellent in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
∎ Very good level of conversation and presentation skill.
∎ Energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, highly adaptable and able to Work independently
∎ Like to meet and take challenges & can work under pressure
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
∎ Judgment & Decision Making Skill.
