Job Responsibilities:
∎ All Mechanical Maintenance of Knit Composite Factory
∎ Manage all sort of Garments Machines e.g. Boiler, Generator, AVR etc. & other Mechanical equipment’s.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks of machine and conduct Maintenance on regular basis.
∎ Clear knowledge about materials quality.
∎ Collaborate with electrical engineers and other to identify, define, and solve departmental problems. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
∎ Ensure that SOPs for machine use and maintenance are followed.
∎ Responsible to attend to machine downtime in the least possible time and reduce production waiting time.
∎ Keep all record of Machinery Spares in stock and used.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Textile (Dyeing, Finishing, Washing), Garments & Utility services.
∎ The candidate should have strong personality, good leadership & trouble shooting skills in textile machinery.
∎ Planning & analytical skills with record keeping ability and ability to make reports.
∎ Should have proper knowledge in technical audit (e.g. RSC, BSCI & different Byer’s) in fire, Building, Structure related safety issues.
