Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support of raw material needs.
∎ Oversee the safety & security of store through continuous monitoring of the security system
∎ Manage, control and record overall receipt, delivery and movement of raw materials and spare parts, fabric, yarn, accessories etc.
∎ Ensure availability of all products at store to minimize production loss and provide on-time requisition as per reordering level
∎ Conduct monthly inventory verification of raw materials and spare parts by checking the physical conditions of products at store.
∎ Ensure completion of stock reconciliation by checking the records of ERP vs. manual & physical.
∎ Ensure accurate and on time entry in ERP Software of all materials movement of store.
∎ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by in neat & clean manner; inspection equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for product entry from suppliers, delivery to users and returned products.
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time
∎ To ensure warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have sound knowledge & Skill in ORACLE inventory module.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
