Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase flat sale.
∎ Sales target achievement.
∎ Should have the mind set to take ownership & sprit to run the sales department independently.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve sales target.
∎ Responsible for operation & management of the sales department.
∎ Follow up all the sales & promotional activities.
∎ Execute the sales strategy to ensure organization vision.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing clients/customers.
∎ Any other task assigned by management related to the rule profile.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: marketing & sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Real State & Apartments sales.
