Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve Sales and Collection against Targets by proper planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.
- Follow up clients.
- Ensure daily visit or communication with customers/ clients.
- Customer Management and Control (Prepare & maintain master database of customers build up and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship with the customers).
- Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and presentations in case of Corporate Sales.
- Ensure proper customer satisfaction through proper customer entertainment, customer service etc.
- Analyse competitor products, prices, and services.
- Provide excellent after Sales service.
