Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline but Engineering degree will be given preference.
∎ He must possess a Bachelors Degree/Diploma or Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Marketing or Sales Degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities. Developing brand image and prequalifying brand with industry consultants. Initiating action plans to approach and securing new businesses for the Division. Contributing to the achievement of revenue and unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management. Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy. Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry. Managing customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.
∎ Managing every element of the sales process on an individual level.
∎ Remaining abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to Elevators and Escalators. Provide technical and support information to customer and deliver effective sales presentations. Understand basic contract language terms based on the standard company agreement. Monitor collection of accounts. Submits specifications, such as number, size, type, load capacity, and speed of elevator to technical department. Presents bid to customer, explains cost factors, emphasizing characteristics, such as construction, performance, durability, and appearance of equipment. Follows up order to ensure lists of materials ordered are correct and work will be completed by project deadline. Follow and track standard processes in completing the above.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ideal candidates for this post must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience as a Sales Executive/ Engineer in the Elevator Industry.
∎ He must be Dynamic/ Pro-Active, and Creative. He must also possess excellent Analytical, Organizational, and sound Negotiation Skills.
∎ Computer Operation:
∎ Sound knowledge in latest operation systems.
∎ Office automation such as MS Word, MS Excel * MS Power Point.
∎ Own motorcycle & driving license holder will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
