Responsibilities & Context:
- Proficiency in computer operations, including fluent typing in both Bengali and English, web browsing, and email communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for efficient office management tasks.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, word press and After Effects. Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs through software.
- Monitor and manage computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system software, hardware, and network issues promptly.
- Maintaining computer equipment and inventory and organizing repairs as needed.
