Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
∎ Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, in-store promotions).
∎ Support the development and execution of social media strategies, including content planning and scheduling.
∎ Assist in managing the brand’s online presence through digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and influencer marketing.
∎ Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing) to ensure effectiveness.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new trends, target demographics, and competitive insights.
∎ Analyze customer feedback and sales data to help refine marketing strategies.
∎ Assist in preparing reports that track and measure campaign performance.
∎ Work closely with the sales, design, and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
∎ Liaise with external vendors and agencies for PR, influencer collaborations, and advertising campaigns.
∎ Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed cost-effectively.
∎ Track expenses and provide updates on marketing spend vs. allocated budget.
∎ Support the development of loyalty programs and other customer engagement strategies.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and engagement on social media, responding appropriately to maintain a positive brand image
