Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and executing brand & marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, value, and market positioning.
∎ Brand building and activation- Media planning & execution of ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives.
∎ Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing and branding initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create innovative marketing campaigns (online and offline) that boost brand visibility.
∎ Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and effectiveness analysis & report.
∎ Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
∎ Market Research and Analysis to understand customers behavior, preferences, and market trends & Analyze data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
∎ Support in organizing and coordinating marketing events, product launches, exhibitions, and other branding activities.
∎ Developing customer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty & creation of customer feedback programs to gather insights on branding and marketing efforts.
∎ Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and branding activities, preparing regular reports for senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Preparing and managing the marketing and branding budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Ability to team management and control daily, weekly, monthly activities.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
