Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the total washing plant.
∎ Demonstrate technical & project management skills.
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements.
∎ Preparing wash production forecast, detail plan and ensure effective execution.
∎ Planning and organizing washing schedules to meet production target.
∎ Liaising with buyers and merchandising staffs.
∎ Ensuring quality control standards.
∎ Ensuring repair and routine maintenance of washing equipment.
∎ Ensure entire production management chain/process for development stage to delivery.
∎ Well conversant with compliance safety requirements.
∎ Managing Social & Technical audit of the factory.
∎ Ensuring health and safety regulations in washing plant.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge to run washing plant.
∎ Good understanding about Time management.
∎ Sound technical and engineering knowledge.
∎ Proactive and problem solving ability.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
