Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine/Bachelors in Animal Husbandry from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide one stop technical support for cattle feed sales
∎ Mentor and closely monitor the performance levels of team members
∎ Supervise technical service for cattle feed across the organization and conduct frequent visit to designated locations
∎ Promote business and generate new customers by monitoring regularity in market visits, demonstrations, seasonal trainings, technical trainings, CAP implementation etc. to keep current farmers satisfied as well as attract new farmers
∎ Spearhead the training activities for cattle feed technical service; plan, organize and conduct training programs for sales team to deliver exceptional cattle feed sales and hit topline growth in cattle feed business
∎ Develop training modules associated with cattle feed consumption and cattle management, brochure, poster and leaflets to train up team members
∎ Lead the process of coming up with incremental growth and product development strategies for different geographies and market dynamics
∎ Prepare feed performance report, analyze feed sales achievements and identify areas of improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 - 8 years, experience of working as trainer in Cattle Feed Technical Service will be preferred
∎ travel extensively all over the country
∎ have ability to use learning management systems (LMS)
∎ have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
∎ have excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ have ability to prepare and conduct presentations in Bangla and English
