∎ B.Sc (Hon's) and M.Sc in Chemistry. or
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc Textile in Wet Processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Technical Audit, Textile Technical Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Technical Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidate should have thorough practical knowledge on Technical & Environmental issues, have the capacity to manage Buyers Inspection team/ Buying Offices independently & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyer's requirement.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to make the factory complex always fully compliant as per different Buyers' requirements.
∎ The candidate should be able to established Quality Management System (QMS) of the factory independently.
∎ The candidate should have a thorough technically knowledge and independently face the Audit like OCS, GRS, RCS, FCCA, GOTS, Oekotex-100, Inditex (RTM, GTW) H&M (GPQ) etc. Issues and compliance-related documentations update time to time.
∎ Responsible for preparing corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third-party technical compliance audit.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate & trained-up fellow staffs
∎ Should have depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Liaison with all departmental heads.
∎ Responsible for conducting Health & Safety related training and awareness program
∎ Responsible for Wastewater test, Drinking water test, Environmental test, Physical checkup of employees, etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring any other job assigned by Top Management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
