Responsibilities & Context:
Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products.
Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
Routine effective follow-up.
Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to supervisor.
Create reference customer through current customer and clients.
Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure
