We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager to join our Product and Data Team. We’re looking for someone with a blend of innovation and leadership who can drive revenue growth, enhance patient experiences, and streamline operations through data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. We need a strong advocate for data accessibility and agile practices, someone who can empower teams to make informed, impactful decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product funnel strategies to drive revenue growth.
Design revenue attribution models across all channels to optimize product performance.
Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on sustainable revenue generation.
Build dynamic, real-time dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Maintain patient and product dashboards to streamline decision-making and enhance data accessibility.
Automate data models to improve efficiency and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Collaborate with various teams to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic alignment.
Conduct surveys and A/B testing to guide data-informed product enhancements.
Ensure data integrity through regular data cleansing and troubleshooting with Power BI.
Utilize customer cohort and churn analysis to strengthen retention and improve targeted marketing strategies.
Optimize data structures to enhance marketing effectiveness and product development.
Automate routine tasks with G-suite scripts to increase productivity.
Design service funnels and map patient journeys to improve retention and elevate the overall customer experience.
