Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patients assigned by the Chief Consultant, managing them according to departmental policies established by the Head of Department/Senior Consultants of LaserTreat.

• Work in accordance with the approved roster set by the Medical Director, providing care for patients during pre and post-operative procedures.

• Attend to patients in the operating room, step-down OT, and procedure room as assigned by Senior Consultants or Chief Consultant.

• Maintain communication with follow-up patients and convert new patients by recommending procedures.

• Attend to Outpatient Department (OPD) patients as assigned.

• Participate in surgical procedures as a member of the procedural team.

• Assist Senior Consultants in various aesthetic treatments.

• Ensure prescriptions are passed through HIS software.

• Ensure patients receive appropriate medications matching their procedures.

• Manage filing, mailing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

• Develop strong interpersonal skills and rapport with peers, patients, and nursing staff.

• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Chief Consultant.
