Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

Domicile is launching a few premium land-share based residential project in Dhaka at 40% below market price.
We need a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager / Sales Head who can lead pre-sales, close large-value deals, and bring revenue quickly.

You will be responsible for selling land-share units, collecting 40–50% upfront, and managing high-value client relationships.

This is a strategic pre-sales leadership role for someone who wants to grow with a top developer.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Sales & Revenue

  • Generate and close high-value sales for land-share based apartment units (e.g. 2000–4500 sft).

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Convert leads into financially committed clients.

🔹 2. Client Relationship & Closing

  • Meet prospective buyers, present project, close bookings.

  • Explain land-share investment model clearly.

  • Collect confirmation money + 40–50% upfront payment.

🔹 3. Sales Team Leadership (if senior)

  • Build, train, and manage a small sales team.

  • Track performance and manage KPIs.

🔹 4. Market Research

  • Monitor market price trends (Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara, Mohammadpur, etc.)

  • Identify customer profiles for fast sales.

🔹 5. Coordination

  • Work closely with MD/CEO for pricing, offers, and strategy.

  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and legal for smooth sales operations.


Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3–7 years of real estate sales experience

(Preferred: sales experience in luxury, mid-luxury, or land-share based projects)

Strong closing and negotiation skills

Must be able to close bookings of 10% upfront.

Excellent communication (English & Bangla)

Ability to speak confidently with HNW and UHNW clients.

Existing client database is a big plus

NRB, corporate, and investor networks preferred.

Target-driven and self-motivated


Salary & Benefits
